my mission

I grew up an athlete. Wrestling, baseball, always competing but I was always the chubby kid too. I found the gym at 14, not because I cared about how I looked, but because I wanted to perform better. That relationship with fitness carried me for years. But so did the yo-yo.

I'd get in shape, fall off, get in shape, fall off. Then my daughter was born and I did what a lot of men do. I used dad life as my excuse. I told myself the grind was enough. I was working harder than ever, building a better life for my family financially, and I stopped prioritizing myself entirely. For two years I justified it. Two years of telling myself it was fine.

It wasn't fine. I had built the life I said I was going to build and didn't recognize the man in the mirror. That hit different. One day I'd had enough of hating what I saw and realized my appearance needed to match who I actually was. So I stopped chasing weight loss and started building a man my family would admire. I stopped looking for the fastest fix and built systems that actually fit my real life. That shift changed everything, not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, the whole thing. My kids think I'm superman. I became the father worth following, one who leads by example, and I watch that show up in them more every day.

That's why I coach. I work with men who are exactly where I was. Guys who have given everything to their families and their work and have nothing left for themselves. Men whose work ethic is undeniable but whose physique doesn't show it. I help them close that gap. Build the body that reflects who they are. And show up as the best version of themselves, not just in the gym, but everywhere it counts.
